1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using derinstudio.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit orders or service requests.

• Portfolio and gallery viewing.
• Fine art print ordering and checkout initiation.
• Booking, inquiry, and commission request submissions.

3. Product Listings and Availability

• Prices, sizes, availability, and shipping options may change without prior notice.
• Product images are representative; color and finish may vary by display and material.
• DerinStudio may correct listing errors and cancel affected orders with notice.

4. Orders and Payment

• Checkout sessions are created through the DerinStudio backend and processed by Stripe.
• DerinStudio does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment authorization and successful checkout completion.

5. Fulfillment, Shipping, and Delivery

• Prints are fulfilled according to current production and shipping capacity.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carriers or external delays.
• If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with order details and photos.

6. Cancellations and Returns

• Because prints are typically made to order, return eligibility is limited.
• Cancellation requests are reviewed based on production status at the time of request.
• Approved resolutions may include replacement, refund, or store credit at DerinStudio's discretion.

7. Bookings and Commission Requests

• Submitting a booking or commission form does not guarantee project acceptance.
• Accepted commissioned work may require separate written scope, pricing, and timeline terms.
• Client-provided references and instructions must be lawful and non-infringing.

8. Intellectual Property

• All website content, photos, and branding remain the property of DerinStudio unless stated otherwise.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use site content without prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful activity, scraping abuse, security probing, or disruption of website operations.
• No submission of fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized payment or identity information.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
